I contacted Rene and he immediately got back to me. It was arranged for his brother Nelson to come and repair a small hole and Nelson was very responsive, able to squeeze me in on a weekend, and he did an incredible job. I was really impressed with how fast Nelson worked and he even left us a sanding tool to prep the wall before painting. The price was lower than I was expecting and the quality of work was exceptional! I would not hesitate to use Rene and Nelson again! Thank you so much!

I had been dealing with several plumbing issues in my apartment for a couple of months, which caused significant ceiling damage in my study room, hallway, and bedroom. Once the plumbing was finally resolved, I started searching for plasterers online to repair the damage. After reaching out to a few companies for quotes and site inspections, I’m so glad I contacted Rene! From the start, his professionalism stood out—his transparent communication, thorough inspection of my apartment, and quick turnaround on the quote left me feeling confident in my decision. There was no hesitation in choosing The Budget Plasterer. When Rene arrived on-site, his expertise was immediately apparent. The work was done with great care and attention to detail. Rene went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated his empathy throughout the process. He treated my apartment like it was his own home, and that level of care did not go unnoticed. Thank you again, Rene, for your outstanding service. I couldn't be happier with the results!

A clumsy accident resulted in the need to have a ceiling repaired. Rene is amazing. From my initial call, to Rene visiting and inspecting the repair work and then the completion of the repair, Rene was professional, friendly, engaging and brilliant. Rene arrived time, worked quickly and efficiently to complete the repair work and left the area clean and tidy. We highly recommend Rene. 4 July 2025 - Second review We recently upgraded out heating and cooling system which resulted in the need to have eight ducted vents removed and our ceiling repaired in multiple rooms. Rene was fantastic. He arrived on time and kept us well informed of the process and duration. He even noticed an additional patch of old plaster work that was a bit rough and also fixed that while here. We had no hesitation in getting Rene for a second job and highly recommend him.

I highly recommend, Rene. He did an amazing job. I tried to do some plastering myself and did a very bad job of it. Rene came in and fix everything for me at a very reasonable price. He was fast, professional and very kind never once spoke down to me. As a single woman, I’ve had quite a few contractors in the past rip me off or talk down to me but not Rene. The work he did was exceptional, and he went above, and beyond his quote and fixed other little things along way for me. I will be recommending Rene to everybody I know.
