Daniel came highly recommended — and now I can see why. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and completely hassle-free. No fuss, just good old-fashioned customer service. He was extremely thorough, taking the time to walk me through each step and ensuring everything was clear - before and after the service. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering the best outcome. Overall, an outstanding experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Western Shores Pest Control. Great communication from initial contact and queries for quotes and ahead of our treatment with any questions regarding pre-treatment info (ie: ensuring dog beds, bowls are away, fence lines free of clutter and so forth). Very friendly and efficient service on the day with prompt invoicing, receipt of payments and report. We’re super pleased and will be using this wonderful small business again. Thanks Daniel.

I can't thank Daniel enough for the incredible job he did. From start to finish, he went completely above and beyond. He got the job done efficiently and professionally, and I genuinely won’t ever use anyone else again. What really stood out was Daniel's clear communication throughout the whole process. He took the time to properly talk everything through with me, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. Nothing felt like too much trouble, he truly cares about his customers. We also really appreciate how he was able to accommodate us on short notice. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional company that delivers exactly what they promise, this is the one!
