Eight months ago, I took a service from Wayne Pemberton for building and structural inspection as well as pest inspection. He provided me with very comprehensive reports containing all the valuable information I needed. Recently, I noticed a very small amount of Form buildup in a very small area on the side of my roof. I couldn’t see a photo of this specific area in the report (though I had plenty of photos of the roof, this small area was not visible). So, I called Wayne and honestly told him that I didn’t know whether it had been there before or not, but I was worried about whether this was a serious concern. He quickly agreed to come and take a look without any fuss and at no charge. He thoroughly checked the area and confirmed that it was a bird nesting blocker, which I don’t need to worry about. He is a very friendly, professional, and accountable person. I am highly satisfied with the original service and the after-service he provided. I highly recommend him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, his attention to detail was nothing short of impressive. Ben arrived promptly and was incredibly thorough in their assessment. They meticulously examined every aspect of the property, ensuring nothing was overlooked. I was particularly impressed by how comprehensive the final report was—clear, detailed, and filled with helpful insights that made it easy to understand the condition of the building. What stood out the most was their commitment to timeliness. The report was delivered much sooner than I expected, allowing me to make informed decisions without delay. Thanks again Ben will highly recommend you!
