The pest relief company did an amazing job! The team was professional, punctual, and very thorough with their work. They explained the whole process clearly and made sure all our concerns were addressed. Since the treatment, we’ve had no issues at all. As a builder I do know excellent maintenance service from bad. It is important to remember that you get what you pay for. With Pest Relief you DO get what you pay for. Muhib had an opportunity to do unnecessary work, charge extra money, but did not - and informed me why. Such honesty is a rare commodity in this day and age. This alone would be enough for me to recommend Pest Relief. However, on top of that, he was punctual, polite and explained the process properly. It was evident that everything was done correctly. Mani was extremely friendly and very thorough. His service was outstanding, and he clearly explained everything in detail. He also gave us a spoken warranty, assuring us that if the cockroaches reappear after a few weeks, they will return and treat the property again at no extra cost. Highly professional and reassuring service.

Mani was fantastic, he arrived on time, gave a full run down on what was involved in the comprehensive treatments, answering all questions and was very accommodating on arras that we were not able to clear for treatment. Offering viable alternatives. We've yet to see the long term effectiveness but from the squeals and scratching in the follow up to the roof treatments were confident that they'll be more than satisfactory. He was able to deal with and coordinate our unruly dogs in a very calm way that inspired confidence and calmed the dogs throughout the treatment process. I have to give credit where it’s due. Pest Relief smashed it. I’ve known the owner for years, but even putting friendship aside, the work speaks for itself. They showed up on time, explained everything properly, and didn’t cut corners. The results were quick and solid. If you want the job done properly without any hassle, these guys are the real deal.
