We were absolutely desperate. Our house was infested with mice, ants and German and Australian cockroaches. The ants even bored through our brick walls to enter our wet areas. Dave from Gremlin Pest and Weed Control came out after I'd specified that we wanted non-carcinogenic treatments and he got the whole place sorted out. We went from an invasion to almost nothing. The ants were persistent, though, and we still had them but nowhere near the sheer volume we had before. I sent a text and they came out again to apply more bait. Really great service. 100% would recommend and re-use them again. Infinitely better than the previous company that we had been using. The previous company told me that ants could not be eradicated and that it was something that I just had to put up with. Gremlin came out and we went from having thousands in our house on a daily basis to almost nothing.

These guys do fantastic work. First found them four years ago when I bought my first house — I did my due diligence when I was looking for someone to do the termite treatment and grilled Dave on practically everything you could ask: his insurance, qualifications, the chemicals he used, his pricing, etc. He didn't bat an eyelid and was happy to answer all my over-the-top questions. I ended up going with Gremlin, and I couldn't be happier. Since then I've used them every year for their annual spray. It's no longer just Dave — he's grown the business and his brother and son are usually the guys doing my place — but it's still very much a family business with genuine care for customers and results. The son Matt is particularly impressive; he has a fantastic work ethic, and he's polite, cheerful, and knows his stuff back to front. They have a guarantee on results but I've never had to use it — they do the job well. And best of all, I've lived an almost bug-free life for the past four years.
