I was very fortunate to have found him by word of mouth. My new house did not meet the Australian standards in several areas and due to his expertise and detailed reports I was able to get a complete resolution to all issues without having to take my builder to court. It was worth the investment. I now have a beautiful, safe and strong home.

We hired James for our final building inspection and we are first home owners. James was very detail oriented and not only inspected the house, but also raised possible issues that we may encounter with regards to upkeep and maintenance. He was efficient, friendly and very experienced and professional.
