I originally contacted another well known competitor, however, they seemed vague on understanding my issue. I then found Zero Pest Control and Darren came out, undertook a very detailed inspection of our home, providing us with evidence of rats, photos and details of how to future proof access into the ceiling. Two weeks later Darren returned and completed works blocking all the access points. Timely, professional and courteous. We fully recommend Zero Pest Control. Eric & Helen, Macleod Vic.
