I had a fantastic experience with Venatic Building and Pest! Brent was professional, thorough and easy to work with. I was really impressed with how clear and detailed his reports were - best reports I’ve seen from any building and pest company. I also appreciated the follow-up phone call and practical advice Brent gave me following the inspection, which gave me much-needed clarity about the property. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a property :)

Brent was so helpful through the whole process with the purchase of our property. His communication was great, he was always quick to book a tentative inspection on properties we were interested in, he was so understanding in the process of finding the right property and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. His building and pest report was very thorough and his insights were great. Brent was also really helpful referring trades in the local area as we were from out of the area. I highly recommend Venatic.

We used Venatic Building and Pest for a pre-purchase inspection and couldn’t be happier. Brent Mackay was the pest inspector and did an exceptional job. The report was very detailed and picked up a number of issues that would’ve cost us tens of thousands down the track. Brent was professional, thorough, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Easily one of the best inspection reports we’ve seen. Would absolutely recommend Venatic to anyone buying a property — worth every cent.
