I highly recommend Darren, and Termite Technology. When we identified a termite infestation in our home, he was immediately responsive, consistently on time during the treatment, and delivered on what he said he would do. Pricing was also reasonable. Watching him at work: he is very thorough and is also a very effective communicator - clearly articulating the service, listening and addressing my questions.

I rang a few companies as I was in a bit of a panic when we realised that we had a start of termites in our brand new wooden floor. I had spoke to another company previously and wanted to charge me the earth just for an inspection. I spoke with Darren and he was very calm which was great for me as I was really stressed out. Darren came out that very next morning to confirm for free. He was on time and very professional. He gave me a quote, less than a quarter of what I was quoted just to get someone out. It has now been about 4 months and the colony is nearly dead. One more month and I can replace that small part of the floor, knowing that they will not come back. Today I had under the house and wall outside sprayed with a water based chemical to kill; ants and spiders. I can honestly recommend this company to everyone, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. We book a month in advance, and I get a call the day before to remind me he is coming to do an inspection. Great company..
