    I was very impressed with the service of MPPPI and the thoroughness of their 30 page building report on a house we were considering buying at auction. They even managed to attend, inspect, write up and email to me within about 4 hours as the auction was scheduled for later that day. A building and pest inspection on a 23sq, 6 bedroom home for $600 was comparable or cheaper than other providers, and was more detailed than I would have anticipated. Even included rough price estimates for some of the work required, as well as photos and diagrams of defects and areas for attention. Highly recommend.
