Perkins Exterminators

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Adam from Perkins. He was thorough, informative and patiently answered a range of questions. He is very easy to communicate with, highly experienced and gives good advice. Sam visited our home yesterday, he looked at the situation, diagnosed our issue and provided the solution. It was a bit of a shock when he said, "Good news, its rats!". It could have been possums, which would have been more problematic. Sam was very professional and has great communication skills. Hi All, I haven't yet used the actual services, of Perkins, but just wanted to share my experience I just had with them. I currently have roofers on my roof, Sealing the roof valleys, replacing tiles etc. And they came across what looked like termite activity in a roof batten in the sealing under some tiles. A pic was taken and I was advised. Straight away. So this sent me into a panic as it would. So I jumped online looking for someone to come out to inspect in my area, but also looking at the reviews as I also normally do. Found Perkins and called them. Your first point of contact was Brenda, and she was very warm and comforting on the phone. She asked me to send through the pic and she will have someone take a look at it. Approx 30mins late I received a call from Leo. And Leo was amazing. Not just with his calming tone, but he explained in detail what he sees in the pic and what he know it to be and was happy to answer my questions. And to my relief, it was not termites. Thankyou to Leo and Brenda. And I will be sure to book you guys in the next month or so for a routine inspection.

Just a totally professional business. Lady in the office, Brenda I think, was lovely, courteous, professional, personable. Adam, who arrived later that afternoon (great service as well) was friendly, professional. He inspected the problem, explained what was happening and left a satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! After calling with a pest problem, the owner gave great advice and explained everything very clearly. The quote was also half of what others were offering. When the bloke came to fix the problem, he was very professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Perkins to anyone.
