Tim came around right away, his instructions on the phone were clear and considerate to the situation. When he arrived he coaxed the snake out of the bush and also had a look around the yard for any other potential snakes. He also had a chat with our kids around snake safety. He asked if our dog was around and gave her a check over too Just in case she had been bitten. True professional that loves his work

I called Melbourne Snake Control today after watching a snake slither into my dogs area. He arrived super fast but unfortunately the snake was faster and escaped into a gap where I lost sight of it. Tim had a really good search but didn’t find it, it probably had already taken off out of my property. Tim did a sweep of the property and gave me some good advice to help keep my dogs safe, thankyou, much appreciated😊

We had Tim out this week to catch a little copperhead that was a little to close to the house for comfort and had been hanging around for the week. Tim was very professional, obviously had a lot of practice and was very knowledgeable about the snakes in our area. He gave me some great tips and advice regarding keeping the house safe and what to look out for. He was punctual and kept me in The loop with his expected arrival, texting me when he was close by.
