As a vendor of a property, I am impressed by their honesty in inspection. The buyer (who had bought the inspection) made a claim that the property had a termite infestation, but in response to my call they called back and walked me through the report which was precisely on point (when I purchased my property I arranged a longlasting termite screen as a just-in-case to prevent this otherwise very hard to deal with threat). Very impressed with their respectfulness and thoroughness.
