Bye Bye possum, independent business owner Jason D'Costa is the best there is, try the rest and see. I have numerous jobs done with Jason and Gardens Victoria as he is the only humane pest control service available. A fact, possums don't return once removed they see it as an invaded threat. If another possum , it is another possum. Kind and thoughtful when solving issues with roofing when does not even have to as not a roofer. Contacted recently and has issues with unreliable mechanics and work van. When fixed , will be assigning him to a new contract. Thanks, Jason . Keep up the good work. After endlessly calling multiple services, leaving voicemails for them, (with not even a single one of them having the courtesy to call me back at all!), l came across Jason of Bye Bye Possum to assist with my issue of having a furry guest make his unwelcome way into my home! Not only did he call me back within 4min, he was on my doorstep to assist within 1 hour! His attention to detail & caring nature of how he handled both the process & treatment of the possum, with him then leaving to re-home it in nearby bushland made me realise that there really ought to be more people like Jason in this world! I can’t recommend his services highly enough & he will definitely be my first & only call I make when his services are next required by me. I’m only giving him a 5 Star Review because there is no option on here to give him 10 Stars!!!

Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient with The repair and removed possums in a humane manner as well as fixing our rodent issues. The cost of the service was fantastic (and well worth it). I fully recommend Bye Bye Possum for a great 5 star service .

Haven't seen someone get up a ladder the way he does,like a Chinese firefighter, height s don't seem to be an issue with Bye Bye, Which is why I called,I can hear the tree rats trying to get back in,the few holes,that Jason found,I was told he uses steel mesh,with fixing and silicon,the way these things sound,I probably need blast doors.😁. I was told that once they know they can't get back,they'll prob move to one of the neighbours,who has a hole,🫢 Sorry bout that,I am a scouser, Maybe I should see what the charge is for relocation of tree rats,possums to you lot..god this country's great,pitty you don't have Bye bye spider!..anyhow seeing that review s are important these days,my wife made me do this cause I'm normally a lazy Liverpool slob..I FULLY RECOMMEND BYE BYE POSSUM,to anyone that....can't get to there roof,or are scared of Australia s wild life,who have a right to live,just not IN MY HOUSE.we shall see if I need that blast door,I shall be keeping my ears to the ceiling, By the way I am an x-Rentokil pest control employee,so I know what needs to be done,except my expertise was with birds.. We don't have banshee hell screamin possums in ENGLAND. So...thanks Jason,so far all's I can hear in my attic,are the ghosty wowstys..maybe you'll be coming back to open the doors of hell..if they attic!...🥴get it!.. Also,next time I might get the delux package,pay that bit extra,cause now I've got to send the kids up to clean the possum poo...so mask s on.fingers crossed...

I’m so glad that you killed all the possums at my crib I mean it probably raises some concerns about the legality of your operation as I assume you broke a number of animal abuse laws but I don’t really care to be honest I’m just happy that all those pesky possums are dead
