Ryan, the owner of All Pests, is an excellent operator with great detail to customer service and was highly effective in getting the termites out of my house; the termite baiting process really worked. All Pests is not a franchise so you are not dealing with the bs from a franchisee, many that work in this field. Highly recommend All Pests!

Talked to Ryan about an issue in my roof which I thought was caused by termites. He asked if I could send him a photo so he could check, he then told me it was only borers and to remove the affected timber. Extremely professional and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again if another problem arose.

Highly recommend the team at All Pests. We were looking for someone local and saw a recommendation for them on our local Facebook community page. Ryan is very friendly and easy to get hold of and ensures someone is out to us within a day or two. Good pricing; a non-branded car (so your neighbours don't have to know about your pest problems!) and most importantly, the pests are gone as you hope for. We have used All Pests several times and will continue to use them going forward.

Ryan from all pests is amazing! We called him and he immediately responded to our query. Extremely honest individual and trusted business - he informed us that we had a fungus gnat infestation that usually comes from a potting mix over the phone. he told us what to do and how to get rid of it. Without a doubt we will recommend Ryan to anyone that needs pest control. if we ever had a more serious pest control issue, we will be using this business. Quality, professional and responsive

Frequently asked questions

How much do pest controllers typically charge?

Costs vary widely depending on the pest type, how extensive the infestation is, property access and whether follow-up visits are needed. Most pest controllers charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, with materials and repeat treatments adding to the total. The prices shown on this page update live to help you compare current rates.

Do pest controllers charge call-out fees?

Many pest controllers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess your property, which is usually separate from labour and materials. After-hours, weekend or emergency attendance often attracts higher rates. It's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.

Do pest controllers need a licence in Australia?

Yes. Pest control work generally must be carried out by a licensed pest controller in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is administered by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW). Providers should display a valid state pest management licence and often hold industry credentials such as AEPMA membership or PestCert accreditation, public liability insurance and an ABN with GST registration. Many also provide a written service report and chemical usage log after treatment.
