Great service. Sam was a little late to arrive, but for good reason. He spotted a stray dog on the way, stopped, called the owner and then dropped it home. Excellent service too. Identified very quickly it was a family of sugar glider living in our roof, installed a one way door on their entry point (bathroom fan outlet), sealed all other similar potential entry points with wire grills and came back a couple of weeks later to replace the one way door with a wire grill, but only after checking that there was no more activity in the roof cavity. Problem solved.

Choosing 1800 Possums was definitely the right choice for us because: the service was prompt and highly professional possums' entrance access into our ceiling was quickly identified and the one way door proved very successful in eliminating further possum access possums have relocated and yes....we are now possum free. Amazing service. Luke was prompt and extremely thorough in identifying possible entry points and getting them all closed off for me. It didn't take long for the possums to move out. The whole process was straight forward and easy. Would highly recommend.

Sam was amazing and professional. We had a possum scurrying through out walls and ceiling. He quickly identified entry points that we had not seen, blocked other entrances/exits, installed a one-way door, and by the next night we did not hear any of the scratching that we had been hearing previously. After around 1 week, he came back and removed the one way door and sealed it up. It has been around one month now since the entrances were sealed up and there has been no sign that the Possum has found a way back into our roof! Highly recommend.
