Sam was fantastic- professional, thorough, and great to deal with. He initially helped us with a possum issue and did a great job block up access. A few months later, we thought the possums had returned, so we called Sam back out. After investigating, he identified that the noise was actually coming from a rat, not a possum. He was honest, took the time to explain everything, and was kind enough to waive any call-out fees. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on helping rather than charging unnecessarily. Highly recommend Sam to anyone needing pest or possum removal services.

100% use 1800possums if you are having any sort of possum problem/infestation. We had 5 months of sleepless nights from LOUD noises with the possums being inside our roof cavity. One visit was all it took for the possums to leave our roof cavity and it’s been peace n quiet. They do t even run on top of our roof any more either. HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are amazing! Sam fixed our issue on the spot. We are recommending them to all our friends who have possums problems.

What an absolute legend! We called Luke at about 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon to help us rescue a possum from a house in Rye area, not knowing he was based in Melbourne. So lucky for us he was in Mt Martha and came straight away. Would highly recommend him if you are ever in a similar situation!!

I simply could not be happier with the services provided by this business and their rep,Sam. My possums were tricky critters with multiple entry/exit points and as promised by this company my 2 year warranty was honoured by return visits to make sure they were evicted FOR GOOD! Don't waste your time going anywhere else or dealing with possums any other way.......trust me.
