Had a wasp nest in the wall, and they were even eating through the plasterboard in my kitchen/lounge—definitely not ideal! Called Tino at 8am, and even though he wasn’t available until 5pm, he went above and beyond by arranging for his business partner to come out on his day off due to the urgency. Ray arrived before 11am and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t have asked for better service—so grateful! Highly recommend.

Had an ant infestation, came out and did it on Friday and they said usually takes a day and a half for it to work, worked in less than 12 hours!! Amazing service! Punctual and the loveliest people to deal with!! 10/10 recommend! Thank you to Tino and his lovely wife and Nathan!!

These guys are the best! Tino and his wife are the most lovely couple, so professional and knowledgeable at what they do. We had a few spiders come back after our first spray and once raised with them they sent someone out straight away to do a warranty spray as that is very uncommon for them and it’s been a week and no spiders!!!! Ray was so knowledgeable and helpful when I first rung him and explained what we found at our beach house. He was patient (as I asked a million questions as I’ve never had to deal with a mouse problem before and called numerous times with more questions! 🤣) and thorough as he walked me through the process. I booked his straight away based on his service alone! I highly recommend Ray for sure!

Quick and very reliable! Called them at 10am last morning asking to remove the hive of wasps, was done in two hours! Not even that, I wasn’t even home and left the door open for them to get the job done. Would trust the person to get the job done anytime! Very pleased with service. Tino returned my initial inquiry promptly and, despite me mucking up the date, Ash was on time and explained what he was going to do. He happily answered my queries after he left, when I returned home. Very pleased there was no residual odour and although it’s early days, am sure my spider and rodent problems will be sorted now.
