He was able to come a little earlier than initially discussed, and was quick as a flash getting into the area for a look. Emerged a short time later, with some great news and some steps taken to make sure this didn't become a bigger issue - with a detailed plan on how we can approach it in future if any concerns arrive. Timely, professional, and just an all-round great bloke who clearly knows what he is doing. Can't recommend enough.

  Vaughan was patient, polite and responsive to all phone calls and emails for my elderly neighbour. He visited premises the very next day to provide a quote. Gutter guard was installed professionally (within a fortnight of deposit payment) to remedy the avian infestation. Made two visits, firstly to clean the underside of the gutters with a high pressure cleaner and also pulled out two bird nests from under the iron. Kept us abreast of progress via SMS and arrived punctually as scheduled.
