    New to Australia and so glad we booked Karen at the bug lady. Not only did she spray the house but talked through what to expect and what we can do etc. Karen is fabulous and will use her again!!

    I am a woman living alone so I wanted to have a female lady to pest spray my house. I was lucky enough to be recommended Karen from THE BUG LADY by many of my friends whom she had already been to there property over the last few times & they have had amazing success with huge bug problems they were having, well they got Karen on the job & she fixed there houses, Well I was just so happy as I opened the door to the most lovely smiley Scottish lady who was just so kind to me from the start, I felt extremely happy to welcome her in to my home. She talked to me about what she was doing then we had a good chat as my family is also from Scotland. It was like making a new friend to be quite honest. She left my house just as she found it & now with a few less bugs. Karen it was truly lovely to meet you & I will be highly recommending you to all my friends.
