Michael from Suresafe called this morning to do an interior and exterior treatment for ants and other insect pests. He was very punctual and we were impressed with his very professional manner and the way he conducted himself in general. He was a very pleasant person and we were very happy with both his work and personality. We have not used them before today and will definitely use then again in 12 months time. Prior to today's visit I had communications with Petra at their office in Bundaberg and found her extremely helpful. Everything ran like clockwork from there. The service provided was very economical and included over 1.5 hours of travel on top of the time to do the job. Their quote was clear and precise and had no hidden loopholes. All in all we could not be happier. I had sent them high resolution pics of the ant problem which I though was Carpenter ants which can cause serious damage to structural timber.. They were able to advise that the infestation was Black ants so that eased my concerns. That impressed me with their integrity. Nice to know such trustworthy businesses are still in existence.

Very helpful and reasonably priced, Petra from the office was amazing with responding promptly and trying to fit us in as soon as she could. Technician was professional and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely will be using SureSafe services again!

We called surface to do our annual termite inspection plus pest control. They combined the two and gave us an unbeatable deal.
