We recently had a serious fire ant issue in our backyard and inside our home. After reporting to the official program and waiting on free kits, we decided to go private for faster action and called Stellar Pest Management. We rang stellar pest control and got a prompt response. They understood the urgency with fire ants and slotted us in that day due to my baby girl being bitten by the fire ants. The technician Jake arrived on time, fully geared up, and immediately started a thorough inspection of the yard and our home. He explained everything clearly, was very professional and attentive to our home. The treatment was efficient and safe, he took care around the garden beds and pet areas, and kids play area. He provided a report with photos of the treated mounds and recommendations for follow-up monitoring. It’s been a few days now and no activity has been noted. The peace of mind is huge, especially with little ones running around. If you’re dealing with fire ants and want a reliable, certified specialist who doesn’t cut corners, Stellar Pest Management is the real deal. Highly recommend them for both emergency fire ant jobs and ongoing pest control. Thanks Jake! you’ve earned a loyal customer! We are so thankful that you attended so promptly and understood the urgency of getting this treated for our home to be safe.

Jake was brilliant. He is clearly very knowledgeable and showed excellent attention to detail in his work. Jake was generous with his time and it felt like he was taking care of his own home. Jake also took care of some fire ant nests around the outside of the property for no extra cost which I appreciated. Overall, Jake provided the best pest control service I've ever experienced and I look forward to having him around next year.
