    We've worked with Southern Cross a few times over the past couple of months. They're great value and everyone we've talked to has been friendly. When our carpenter ants weren't quite knocked out by the first dose, Southern Cross came back for a free second dose! Also, we got three quotes for a termite barrier, and they were by far the cheapest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)
