Wow oh wow. What a lovely company to deal with. From first contact everything was 10/10. We were blessed to be allocated Paul who was excellent in analysing what we needed in a pest treatment (after just purchasing our home) and then his physical application and thoroughness was 10/10. Thank-you Paul for your fantastic customer service, skills in explaining the details around pest behaviours respective to the issues we had and then your delivery of the treatment. We had the odd cocky back about 9 months after a treatment. I sent a mail and they replied the next day, and sent someone straight out to respray. They left a report with pictures and helpful tips on preventing pests getting in. Legend!

Chris has been providing his services to our facility every 3 months for the last few years and the entire process is seamless. We get reminders as to when we are due for a service, our facility receives a thorough and high quality treatment, followed by a report for our records. I must also say, Chris is one of the friendliest guys you'll meet. Always arrives with a smile, checks in on how things are going, and does a great job. We had Chris do our annual pest control treatment and he was so great! On arrival, I told him my baby was sleeping and he was very respectful of the way he came in and out of the house each time. I also told him I have a dog (who is pretty anxious), and he made an effort to let her know he was friendly. He was very personable and thorough and efficient at what he did.
