I can't speak highly enough of the service we received. Ours was an old house with uncomfortable areas to navigate and Jay and his offsider were so thorough, uncomplaining and extremely knowledgeable. Every aspect of the job from booking through to turning up on time, courtesy and thoroughness, and advice, was exceptional. It is quite overwhelming when you find termites in your home and I slept easy that night knowing the job had been done properly./ Thank you Laguna Pest Control.

Absolutely fantastic service. We enjoy having Andrew visit our property. We have complex pest issues and he is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and thorough. We absolutely trust Andrew and this company. We have engaged many pest companies over the years as we have moved often. Laguna have been the best so far, we will not use another company while we live on the Sunny Coast! Thanks for the visit again Andrew, we appreciate you.

We recently discovered termites in our island kitchen bench — the kind of situation where you want expert advice fast and professionals you can genuinely trust. We reached out to Laguna after hearing great things from other homeowners in town, and they were nothing short of fantastic. Jay, the owner, responded quickly, identified the entry point and the specific termite species, and had the entire issue resolved within days. He eradicated the termites and the nest, then sealed the entry point to prevent any future problems. I simply cannot recommend Jay and his team highly enough. They were prompt, professional, and made a stressful situation incredibly easy to navigate.
