Really excellent service! very thorough inspection. Thank you for being good service with quality work, no hesitation in recommending Ithaca Building and pest inspection. I would use them again and I highly recommend them. Admin team was very helpful in trying to help me identify whether or not I had termites by looking at some photos I had taken as she was kindly trying to save me the cost of an inspection and gave me proper solutions and proper price for inspection I don't want to spend lots of money for inspections, at the end inspector and admin highly recommend to my family and friends.

After receiving a personal referral from a mate, and then reading several good reviews about Ithaca Building & Pest Inspections online, I contacted them via their website. The next business day I received a very courteous call and was able to book my job in - a build & pest report for a home I am in the process of buying. I received the report the day after the inspections were completed and was happy to see the glowing reviews I'd read, and my mate's referral, were spot-on! Even my broker mentioned how thorough the report was! Happy to recommend Ithaca Building & Pest Inspections to anyone and everyone! Great service! Spot-on!

We use Ithaca Building and Pest inspections for our first home. It was a easy stress free experience from booking the appointment to the inspection to receiving the report in a very short time frame. We had Taylor inspect the property who gave a straightforward, thorough top down inspection of the property. We asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and took the time to explain so we understood. Also gave a lot of helpful advice throughout the inspection. Definitely recommend Ithaca for any building and pest inspection, found it really helpful that both could be done at once. These guys know what they're doing.

Ithaca Building inspections provided excellent service. Ithaca admin team had high-level communication via phone, email, and text. I was not there the day when inspections booked but i got reminder msg 1 hour before the inspection from Ithaca. Nothing was too difficult. Had great communication with Craig and Ben over the phone and went through what would be involved with a building and pest inspection. As this is my first property buying, I didn't know what to expect. After the building inspection of 2 hours, Craig contacted me straight after and went through every aspect of the inspection in detail. After receiving within 24 hours, it was beyond my expectations with what I received. Craig and Ben had taken photos of everything within the vacant apartment and noted down all the concerns he had. A few people who have seen the report who work in the industry were very impressed with Craig report and level of detail included. If you are looking at buying a new home, you would be silly not to utilize his expertise and honesty. I would recommend Craig to anyone and will use his services again in the future. Inspector was highly responsive in returning messages and followed up on multiple occasions. Provided a very comprehensive and easy to read the report. I will highly recommend Ithaca Building And pest inspections.
