Miguel came for a prepurchase building and pest inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and explained problems he found. He also gave some insight into cause and remedies. Very professional and well priced.

During our building and pest inspection, Miguel was happy to explain to me (who knows nothing about this stuff) what he was checking, why and what it meant, even if he found nothing of concern he still explained what he had looked for.
