David was open and transparent and helped in the preparing the house for rental after we returned back to Victoria. Prices were completive and we are very happy and relieved with the outcome. Offered advice on how to prevent all that and he re-did the barrier. Super helpful and gave me solid advice on how to do it. Solid bloke 10/10 would recommend.
