Ian (Bob the Bugman) was recommended to me and I can see why. Very professional, amazingly prompt and also very accommodating, going above and beyond to fit in with my availabilities. Ian did a thorough inspection of my property and explained the best course of action and certain options available very clearly. I was really impressed with the report he emailed me as well, which was incredibly comprehensive including lots of photos to illustrate his findings and all for a very reasonable price. I will be recommending Ian any chance I get.
