We appreciate the second opinion Alex gave us in relation to a building and pest report we received upon selling our house. She explained why the termite treatment was not necessary an she also gave us a quote that was significantly less than we had been previously quoted. We were lucky that our purchaser did not insist on the treatment. Alex also checked our new home for termites and sprayed for pests. She was lovely, she provided great advice & honest prices.
