I had a pest spray done in mid-2024 and I was very happy with the results. I didn’t discover any alive cockroaches or spiders for several months, only the occasional dead one in the first few weeks after the treatment. A few days after our 6-month warranty period ended we started to see cockroaches and spiders reappear. When I contacted Superior Pest Management, they offered to come out and retreat the problem areas free of charge. I thought this was exceptional customer service. They came out about two weeks after I made the call and the technician was on time and very professional. I’d highly recommend them and I will definitely get them book them again in the future.
