Tracey provided truly amazing, personalised customer service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Nick was equally impressive. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all questions with confidence, and carried out the work to an extremely high standard. It’s rare to find a business that combines such warm, personalised service with expert technical skill, but South West Pest Control does exactly that. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Tracey and Nick are fantastic! I highly recommend. Tracey is a gun! Her professionalism on the phone and her customer service. . . unmatched! Nick was very thorough with his investigations and in explaining things to me in an easy way to understand. They were also very mindful that I have young children and eased my concerns about which baits they would use and where they strategically have placed them. Also very reasonably priced too. He provided very high quality service and carried out the treatment with great precision inside and outside. South West Sydney Pest Control is not only a family run business but Nick and Tracey really make you feel like family when attending to your needs. Would recommend them highly to anyone. Mum got her house treated today by Nick and she was so pleased, not just with the service but with how much time Nick spent telling her what he was doing and what she could do in the future to prevent some pests and said both Nick and Tracey made her feel so comfortable that she is already telling me about next year when she calls them back. She said Nick was so thorough and very professional that she will be calling no one else but them in the future.
