We’ve recently used Alex twice for home and building inspections, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Both inspections were incredibly thorough and extremely detailed. Alex inspected our home recently, and I have to say he’s genuinely kind and patient. Alex helped me with an inspection at my house. I had a leak that other services couldn’t locate. Alex was very thorough with his inspection and eventually he was able to determine where the leak was coming from. I honestly wish I had spoken to Alex first before engaging other trades. Alex also helped me with my balcony and the issues I was having with it. A few days after Alex did his inspection I ended up having an issue with my glass sliding doors. Alex was really helpful and got to my house within a few days. He was really respectful with my house, especially when we needed to remove a panel to expose the top of the sliding doors. Alex had all the latest technology to determine what issues I was having with my property. Alex also advised me on what to do next. I highly recommend Alex.
