A+++ Recently called Sargents Pest Control enquiring about a white ant inspection and general pest treatment, I spoke with Kellie on the phone and made the booking, Really quick and friendly process. I received an email reminder a few days before the appointment outlining all requirements leading up to the day which was handy. On the day the worker Josh was running a fraction late to which I was notified by text message which was excellent. Upon Josh’s arrival we walked through the house, shed and garden and he talked me through the entire process. Josh finished and informed me of all works he’s completed. I have had several other pest control companies attend my house over the years but have never had the service and communication that Sargents offered. Josh was a stand out and a great asset to the company. Could not recommend them enough.

Called ahead to advise on his way earlier than originally planned and to check if we were happy with that, which we were. Prompt, friendly, comprehensive & thorough with the inspection, spraying as well as the detailed report! We could not be happier! Highly recommend.

I’ve bought an investment property remotely & needed a pest inspection as part of the contract. This was of particular importance to me given I could not inspect the property myself.
