I have used Ponderosa three years in a row and recently got my four neighbours onboard to get sprayed the same day and we all had a fantastic experience with Sophie (booking) and Kobi (who came on the day). They scheduled our appointment on our desired day and took each houses request diligently, arrived on time, and were efficient. Kobi was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment process thoroughly. I also like the 3-month guarantee they offer. I highly recommend Ponderosa Pest Control - especially as a small local business!
