I hired Pestcom for a bedbug problem. After hiring a bad company for a first treatment, I contacted Frazer for a second go. Not only Frazer was extremely attentive (I was really stressed with the issue at that point), he made sure to answer all my questions and be really transparent about his treatment. He came to my house, did a proper inspection before treating, showed me what he was doing, his products and what to expect. Also made a good price for me. Not only a great professional who knows what he is doing, but provided a very "human"service. My problem was solved.

I found a bed bug and was referred by a friend. The moment he came he was very nice, respectful and super professional. He did a full inspection of my room multiple times and started treating the problem. He explained everything and anything that i was worried about. He cleaned and made sure nothing was missed. Walked me thru the process. He gave me a debrief of what to expect. I never had such great professional nice honest service from someone that didnt break my wallet. Frazor you are amazing. His defin the man for any pest job!
