  I had a great experience with M & M pest control. Andrew was very thorough and explained everything really well. I did need to call out again due to the issue I was having, and I was very happy that the additional call outs were easily covered through their warranty policy. It really puts your mind at ease. Andrew tried different methods to tackle the issue I was having and I’m so glad that it worked and I no longer have the issue anymore. Another thing I loved is that the methods they use are safe for kids to be around. Thank you so much for the work that you do. Would definitely recommend.

  Very responsive, organized and poo l professional. We had rats infestation in our home and they came to install bates within 2 days. Only think to be careful is that there initial quote has only one trap included, though seems that isn't enough for most circumstances. Rats usually have large families. That means that one box won't be enough in most cases. It will be great if there was more transparency.
