Called and was able to get an inspection booked for the next day. Price is reasonable, got report the next morning, however do wish the report was more detailed. Was able to accompany the inspector and get immediate feedback on the property which was great. A lot more photos were taken than was actually included in the report, would've liked to see some of the photos I was shown in person in the actual report.

Quick and responsive team. Did our inspection the next day and got detailed report before 24 hours. Report was very detailed with photo evidence. Recommended. For honesty, this review is written for a gift card they are offering. However they did not ask to write a positive review, they simply asked to give a review and I would have given same review even without the gift card regardless.

I have used APBI new home construction inspections twice and I am satisfied with the results. Reports were very helpful to me as well as with the builder as a reference. The detailed reports were easy to understand and the photos were accurate and clear. Schedules were on time and inspectors are very helpful if you have queries. Overall, it gave me peace of mind during the stages. I would recommend them.

I ordered a Building & Pest Inspection report from APBI that was time critical. They were very transparent with costs and timings and their customer support was great. I received the report within the expected time frames, it was done to my satisfaction. The customer service was easy to deal with and the inspector was available after I received the report for questions. Great company to use, I would use them again.

Requested the inspection to happen on the day I called, and Manual made it and generated the report on that day, very fast service turn-around time. Also send him a message requesting for advice on how he recommend to rectify the defect, good that he called me on the day and spent 15 minutes on explaining what should be done and what inidustry quality situation is. Overall, make sure you do your own due diligence & read carefully through the T&Cs to ensure you are happy with what the service entails & how the inspection is conducted.
