    We engaged Josh’s services after being referred to him by our real estate agent to get a spa compliance certificate for the sale of our house. We were looking to get things done quite quickly as wanted to list the property asap. Josh was extremely responsive and accomodating in organising an inspection straight away and also quick to communicate via email and text. When I had forgotten to complete the agreement and payment ahead of the appointment, rather than cancel and force us to reschedule, he was very understanding and gave me a reminder on the day so I could get the documents and payment to him before the appointment that day, something I deeply appreciated.
