After a poor experience with a competitor, I was so relieved to find Travis and Paul who conducted an inspection of a property I was considering purchasing. They were able to fit us in at short notice and answered all questions along the way. They conducted a thorough and detailed inspection of the property and provided an extensive report a short time later. These guys are super trustworthy and have integrity. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Travis and Paul enough! Within hours of speaking to Travis for the first time he had the home we were looking to purchase booked in for a building and pest inspection with the realestate. They were extremely easy to deal with, in fact I didn’t have to do anything except call him and then wait for the reports which were received within hours of the inspections being done. We cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely use in the future. Thank you for making a stressful buying process easy!

I rang and left a message at 6.30pm on a Wednesday night. Sarah rang back straight away and arranged the inspection for 9.30am the following morning. By 5pm Thursday day I had the building and pest reports. Both reports were very comprehensive and detailed. East Coast provide a very prompt and efficient service and I'd highly recommend them to anyone buying property.
