Received a word-of-mouth recommendation for Travis of ECBI. Wow - we are really impressed. Very quick and professional response to initial inquiry. Followed by a quick turn around in booking Pest & Building inspection, reports pretty much immediately. In particular the Building report is one of the most thorough and comprehensive ones we have ever seen. Because it was so detailed, we need to clarify a couple of things before we proceeded with the purchase of the property. Travis was more than happy to take our call and allay our concerns. By far the BEST decision we could have made! This guy is Incredible and so professional. The turn around time is shockingly quick as well as his amazing attitude. We called and he was at our place within 24 hours and we had our results 1 hour after he left. So so fast!
