Brett installed termite protection around my house. Brett was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Mark completed the inspection the day before and again was professional and thorough. The team have been great. These guys are experts. Definitely a go to.

My initial phone call to Pink was welcoming and understanding of my situation. They arranged for an operations supervisor to be at my place the following morning.Mark was extremely knowledgeable and very explicit in the options that were available to treat the situation without being pushy. He was very thorough in is appraisal/report of the situation and what needed to be done, solution focused. He worked tirelessly throughout the day to install the bait box system and took time to show me exactly where these were placed and why. Scheduling was a breeze with a callback from the controller to arrange and confirm. Controller kept me up to date with when he would arrive, which was on time. Mark is friendly and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what he was going to do and what I needed to do. He also carefully considered any pets and what to do with them before and after he was done. Mark explained what would be going into his report and any recommendations he had. All throughout Mark was courteous and friendly and finished up in good time. Would definitively use his services again.
