Returning customer of Dan (Bug Em Off) and i can't fault him. Fantastic communication and prompt service. We have had issues with ticks and spiders, and have a dog so they were coming into the house also. Dan turns up on time, every time and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. After Our first house and yard spray, we had no spiders or bugs inside for almost 2 years which is extremely impressive as we back onto the bush. Just had Dan out again and needless to say, we are grateful and very impressed with his service. Dan sprayed our whole house and yard and granny flat, and continuously checked in to see if we needed anything else done before heading off. We used a afew different pest control companies over the past few years and have never had the kind of results that Dan from bug em off produced at our family home, he was punctual and professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why. The price was also affordable unlike a lot of the previous companies we have dealt with. He also gave us a run down on how to protect our pets as sprays can be harmful to our animals which was never mentioned to us from prior pest controllers.
