I spoke with Bel to get a quote this morning and before I had time to ask questions, she had answered them by providing me with everything up front. She quoted me a great price and was able to fit me in within the hour. I then had Sam come to my unit. He was ready to answer any questions I had and told me what he’ll be doing before he started the work. He was very personable and happy to help. All in all the service here was incredible at a great price. There was a slight difference in quoted fee vs fee charged however, was able to sort it out within a single phone call. Goes to show they can sort things out on the spot with ease. Thank you both for the great experience!

I had a lovely gentleman named Ross, attend my property this morning for a pest control service. Ross was nothing short of fantastic. He was incredibly thorough with his work, and had a strong attention to detail, making sure the root cause of the problem was addressed. He had a bubbly bright personality, and you could tell that he is genuinely passionate about the work he does. Tony is the best technician we've had come in. He's prompt, thorough and clear with his advice and explanation and has high attention to detail. We've been using this company for our general pest control for almost 2 years now. They're very quick to book you in and responsive if a respray is needed. Highly recommend.

Booked a end of lease flea treatment over the phone. Super quick booking system with very helpful staff. Had Sam give me a call on the day to confirm the booking and a quick call 15 minutes before he arrived. Incredibly friendly and gave me full details on what he was going to do when he was at the property. He also gave information about other services such as pest control for German roaches which was very helpful, if I ever need it I would for sure have him do the work. Very fast and efficient, I left him to do his thing for 15-20 as it was a small apartment. He locked up and I caught up with him downstairs while grabbing some food. Sam’s customer service is one of a kind. I couldn’t be happier, he is a great representative of the company. 100/5 stars.

Sam completed our pest control on 6 February. He was friendly and well informed on the process which he explained clearly. Sam was friendly and professional. He also provided steps and timeframes for follow up treatments if needed. BugFree were wonderful to deal with - a very prompt phone call after requesting a quote online, quick response to my email when I had follow up questions and when I called with further questions for a last minute quote comparison, they were informative. This result was BugFree provided a better option for our needs. Well done.
