We had a very dead possum in our roof space which another company had been unable to retrieve. Ashley cleverly worked out where it was (down a wall cavity) and removed it and we will be forever grateful. Ashley was extremely helpful, courteous and answered text messages promptly and even came back the next day to repair the sarking on the roof. Ash you were a super star and will be getting all our pest control business in the future, thank you!

We had a family of rodents in our roof space. Ashley inspected some of the possible places where they could be, identified the type of rodents (rats, unfortunately) and placed baits around the house. What I liked the most was their punctuality and communication. They explained everything, in a clear and concise way.

Ash came out to Braidwood to deal with a European wasps' nest in our roofspace. On inspection he found a possum hiding directly under the nest. On the spot he advised us that he could trap the possum first for very little extra cost and come back the following day to deal with the wasps. He set two traps, one of which caught the possum. The following day (a Saturday) he drove back out to Braidwood, removed the possum, dusted the nest -- the biggest he'd ever seen -- and removed it. He then blocked up the possum's access point and released the possum according to regulations. At all times he was patient, polite, thorough and friendly. We were impressed by his professionalism and his reasonable costs.
