    Richard was very responsive when we had the unfortunate situation that our cat had died under our house. I sent him an online request late on a Thursday night and he came at lunch time the next day and was able to retrieve the cat from a disused duct. Retrieving dead animals is certainly not a pleasant job, but he was very professional and thankfully was able to locate her. Highly recommended.
