Adam was experienced, knowledgeable and respectful. Did the house internally and externally with minimal interruption. Explained why he MUST take off his shoes as many trades would crap on abt the insurance as to why they cant take off their dirty shoes!

If I could give higher stars, I absolutely would! The service from ACT Pest Control was impeccable from start to finish. From the initial booking process, speaking to the lovely office staff, to the technician who attended my property, everything was seamless and professional. They came out for a general pest spray, answered all of my questions, and were extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to speak to. It’s rare to find service this thorough and friendly. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend ACT Pest Control

I have always used ACT Pest Control and have been extremely happy with their service. The staff members are lovely and friendly, and the technician who last attended my home was very respectful and communicative — he always called out to let me know he was coming inside after finishing outside. The rat bait has been very effective, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend ACT Pest Control for their reliable service and friendly staff. Previously, I had two technicians who arrived late only because they were dealing with a wasps nest at a previous property. This was completely understandable, and I appreciate the communication and effort they put in. I understand that delays can happen at times and it’s not always possible to arrive exactly on schedule — the same goes for tradies in general.

I had Carl out today to conduct a termite inspection. He was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that I understood. I’d highly recommend this company and will be using them again!!

A HUGE “thank you” to Adam, being utterly professional dealing with our European wasp infestation. This was a good experience from when we first phoned to eradication.
