PMP Perth designed and installed a new laundry for us. The work was done very efficiently, skillfully and tidily. We were particularly impressed with the regular communication we received as to when particular trades people would be on site. I would happily and confidently recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

Right from the first contact they were professional and easy to deal with. Whilst trying to relocate from our two previous locations into one and attend to the make good repairs for both properties end of leases, the team at Project Maintenance and Painters Perth went above and beyond. Tom, Bec, Linda and the team were very knowledgeable but most importantly responsive, effective and efficient. No additional request for assistance was refused when the agent came back to us with newly noted items to action. The sites were left clean and tidy at the end of each job. Both jobs were finished as per the contract price and on time without any defects. More importantly we would have them back again on site for any of our companies maintenance needs.

I had a wonderful experience with 'Project Maintenance & Painters'. I was under pressure from my client to get the painting at her property completed as soon as possible before we launch it online for sale. PMP were exceptionally helpful and managed to move some things around so they could attend to my client. It relieved a lot of stress and was completed quickly. All personnel were very professional and punctual with their time. I will most certainly be using PMP in future and look forward to an ongoing business relationship.

We engaged Project Maintenance & Painters to complete various works at our home. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism right from the very start talking with Becs in the office. Straight away she put my mind at ease. They completed some roofing repairs to our alfresco and did some interior painting. The tradesmen were very friendly and did a wonderful job. The work area was left clean and tidy. Totally recommend PMP for any maintenance or painting work
