  Just finished my bathroom reno with Jerred and the team from Modus. Could not be happier! They listened to what I wanted, kept me updated on what to expect, explained options clearly to me and when the odd challenge arose here and there, Jerred found a solution swiftly. I absolutely love my new bathroom. I've done other small jobs like a sagging ceiling repair with Modus before and continue to find their quality of work impeccable, their team members and tradespeople respectful, helpful and outstanding at what they do. They are my "Go to" company when I need work done on my house.

  Thank you to Modus Property for delivering my dream bathroom / toilet / laundry renos. Right from the initial contact I felt comfortable with the team, and I couldn't be happier with their speed in quoting and confirming the job through to the finished works. Stephen Farey was a great project manager. His assistance, guidance and patience with me being someone who really wasn't too sure what I wanted, it was really appreciated. His responsiveness and communication throughout the job was 5-star and there were no surprises, any possible issues and modifications were flagged early and the project ran exactly to the timing indicated. The trades involved were extremely skilled and professional, as evidenced by the quality of the work and I felt very safe leaving my house in their hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Modus Property and would absolutely engage them again when it comes time to do my next project. Thank you again!

  Could not recommend Modus enough. From start to finish communication was always sharp and on point. Jerred our PM was on the ball the entire time. We undertook a full kitchen renovation and the turnaround was done from the first brick being knocked out to the last powerpoint fitted off was only 4 weeks. All the trades involved were friendly skilled and did an excellent job. Even when my errant foot made it's way through the ceiling the team was happy to patch that during the demo process. Will 100% be using them for any future renovations to our home.
