You try to contact him by phone, he stops answering, completely ghosts you, not even the decency to send a message saying either “I’ve found someone else,” “the position has been filled,” or “I’ve received your messages.” I just don’t get the approach — he’s the one who reached out to me, he asked for documents, I sent them, and then he completely disappears. Up until now, you’re the only company I’ve seen operate like this.
